I build full-stack WordPress websites from backend architecture to frontend templating, including custom themes, ACF-powered content systems, Divi, and Elementor. I also work across ecommerce platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify, manage hosting environments such as WP Engine and DreamHost, and support project estimation, planning, and delivery. On the marketing side, I help connect Pardot and Salesforce data into website workflows. Basically, I like making the website, the team, and the client all feel a little less stressed.

I handled content management and frontend development for large WordPress sites built with Divi and Elementor. I improved publishing workflows, supported HubSpot integrations, helped with peer QA, and optimized AI-assisted content production using tools like Perplexity and ChatGPT. It was a good mix of production speed, quality control, and keeping big content machines from becoming chaos machines.

I worked on content management and frontend development across Drupal, WordPress, and Laravel projects. My day-to-day included custom Layout Builder work, the Outline design system, Tailwind CSS, Denodo integrations, Microsoft-based environments, and Jira-driven agile delivery. A very enterprise-flavored stack, with enough moving parts to keep things interesting.

I built and supported the main company website in WordPress, including SEO improvements, custom theming, plugin development, and API integrations. I connected JazzHR to display geo-located open positions, built and maintained the internal company wiki in WordPress, created marketing strategy sites, supported Drupal-based client websites, designed website layouts and mockups, and coded Salesforce Pardot email templates. I also received an accountability award, which is corporate language for "this person can be trusted when the project gets spicy."

I designed and developed WordPress websites for restaurants, boat rentals, hotels, magazines, and training projects. I also customized and integrated WordPress with LearnPress for medical course platforms, while handling hosting administration and domain support for clients. A small-team environment where "web developer" also meant detective, firefighter, and occasional translator between business needs and plugin behavior.

I migrated and redesigned the TV channel website from CodeIgniter to Drupal, creating a platform for publishing video news without depending on YouTube. I also helped manage a site that reached around 120k monthly visitors and supported the marketing strategies behind the project.

I was a key part of the CIER Norte project, where we built SCORM learning objects for Colombia's Ministry of Education. The work helped kids learn math, science, and language through JavaScript games and interactive content inside the Colombia Aprende LMS. It was educational technology with actual play baked in, which is the best kind.

In my first professional web role, I built multiple Drupal multisite websites for more than 32 small and medium businesses. I sharpened my CSS skills here, and also migrated a site from Symfony to Drupal by writing PHP scripts to make the databases line up. Not glamorous, very formative, and honestly a pretty strong way to learn how the web behaves when nobody is pretending it is tidy.
