Overview

This project is a fictional demo for a concrete contractor in Fort Collins. It uses a local-service website structure: clear positioning, service categories, trust-building sections, FAQs, and a guided quote request flow.

The goal was to create a realistic business website that feels usable for residential and commercial services without needing a real client brief.

Role

Demo concept, landing page structure, service content organization, conversion flow planning, visual direction, responsive implementation, and portfolio presentation.

Challenge

Local contractor websites need to build trust quickly. Visitors want to know what services are available, whether the company feels reliable, and how easy it is to request a quote before they commit to a call.

Solution
  • Structured the page around concrete services, quality signals, local trust, FAQs, and a quote path.
  • Used direct, service-focused messaging for patios, driveways, stamped concrete, commercial concrete, and curbing.
  • Created a guided quote flow that asks for project type, location, timeline, and contact details.
  • Kept the demo realistic enough to work as a starter direction for a future local service website.
Outcome

The demo works as a practical example of a high-intent service landing page: clear, local, conversion-focused, and easy to adapt for a real contractor or home-services business.
